01. How quickly can you get my property live on every channel?
Standard onboarding takes 21 days from signed agreement to first confirmed reservation. The first week is photo and copy, the second is pricing and channel build, the third is operational dry-run. Many owners list within 14 days when photography is already available.
02. What's the difference between Master Lease and Performance Share?
Master Lease pays you a fixed monthly rent. We carry the occupancy and revenue risk. It’s the right call if you want a predictable line item and zero involvement.
Performance Share charges a percentage of revenue (typically 15%, lower for portfolios). Higher ceiling, full transparency through a live owner dashboard. Most experienced investors prefer it.
03. Do I keep control of pricing and calendar?
Yes. You can block any dates for personal use, and you can override pricing at any time. We’ll always tell you the revenue impact before you confirm an override, so the trade-off is transparent.
04. What happens if a guest damages the property?
Every reservation is covered by a damage deposit and platform protection. For incidents above that threshold, we coordinate the claim end-to-end and you receive a written incident report within 24 hours.
05. Are renovations required, and who pays?
Required, no. Recommended, sometimes. Our design team triages every property and only proposes changes with a payback under 18 months. Owners fund capex; we manage the project and the contractors.
06. How are owner payouts handled?
Monthly, on the 5th, with a clean statement and a downloadable ledger. Every payout reconciles to individual reservations and line-itemed costs, visible in your owner dashboard at any time.
07. What's the contract length and exit terms?
Standard term is 12 months, renewing automatically. You can exit on 60 days written notice after the first 6 months. No exit fees, no lock-in beyond a fair operational handover window.
08. Do you work with portfolios or only single properties?
Both. Portfolios of 4+ units get a dedicated portfolio manager, custom reporting cadence, and tiered pricing. We currently operate buildings from 1 to 38 units across Cyprus.
