Who Is Lazuli Management?
Lazuli Management is a Cyprus property-management company that runs short-term rentals on behalf of owners. A spin-off from Lazuli Apartments, an established Cyprus hospitality brand, we were founded over a decade ago by a team of property and hospitality experts. We handle pricing, marketing, guests, cleaning, and maintenance entirely in-house, so owning a rental stays profitable and completely hands-off.

Our Story
From Lazuli Apartments to Lazuli Management
Our roots are in Lazuli Apartments, an established and recognizable Cyprus hospitality brand. Running those properties shaped a clear standard for what a short-term rental should be: a home that performs without becoming a second job for its owner.
More than a decade ago, a team of property and hospitality experts founded Lazuli Management to bring that same standard to owners beyond our own doors. Same people, same obsession with detail, now applied to your property. The name carries a promise, and we manage every property to protect it.
