Yes. We manage the listings on the major platforms, including Booking.com and Airbnb, on your behalf, and we add a direct-booking placement on our own site. The platforms stay; the work of running them moves to our in-house team.

Onboarding starts with a property review against our selective criteria for design, condition, and location. If the fit is right, we agree a partnership model, produce the listing assets, set up dynamic pricing, and connect the property to our systems. Most properties go live within a few weeks of signing.

Owners receive a monthly performance statement covering occupancy, average daily rate, gross income, deductions, and net payout. A dedicated owner liaison is available during business hours and reachable by phone or email between statements.
